About Us

Hey! My name is Drew Sage. I'm a multidisciplinary artist based out of Florida.

Sage Made Designs came about when I started making chainmaille and just couldn't stop. I dabble in many creative outsets but I found a love in creating functional art that sparks joy, evokes imagination and gives the wearer a sense of strength and confidence.

I aim to balance strong, bold chainmail and soft, playful beadwork. I have never limited myself to one aesthetic and I don't want my business to be held to one either. I embrace both by having them complement one another and coexist.

I also have two assistants!

Mac-N-Cheese (left) is my Chief Spokespurrson. She knows every business needs a strong voice and she isn’t afraid to use hers. She is super vocal, sassy and keeps me in line! 

Alfredo (right) is the head of Quality Control. He takes his job very seriously and keeps a close eye on everything I do. Nothing leaves the studio without his approval!
